Reverse description Irregular hammered copper flan with a multi-line Arabic legend in the central field, typical of Mughal-style provincial coinage of the Alwar state. The inscription, arranged across the field in two to three lines, likely bears the mint name or regnal formula associated with the Alwar issue. A border of raised pellets runs along the inner rim, framing the legend. The die work is somewhat crude, consistent with the hand-hammered technique employed for copper takkha coinage of the period. The flan shows natural green patination and irregular edges characteristic of the issue.
