| 表面の説明 | The obverse field is dominated by large Chinese characters arranged in traditional regular script (kaishu), reading vertically and horizontally across the central area, conveying the denomination and issuing authority. A beaded inner circle separates the central legend from the outer ring, which bears additional Chinese characters and a Manchu inscription along the upper arc. Floral rosette ornaments flank the legend at the left and right sides of the inner field. The overall layout follows the standard format of late Qing provincial coinage, with the legend 光緒元寶 (Guangxu Yuanbao) prominently featured at centre, flanked by 庫平一兩 (Kuping One Tael) below, and 江西省造 (Jiangxi Province Made) above within the outer legend. |

| 裏面の説明 | The reverse displays a finely detailed imperial five-clawed dragon rendered in high relief, depicted in a coiling posture facing forward with a flaming pearl beneath its body, surrounded by stylised clouds and rolling waves at the base. The dragon's scales, mane, and claws are rendered with considerable detail in the Qing provincial minting tradition. The upper legend reads YUN-NAN PROVINCE in arched Latin capital letters, while the lower legend reads ONE TAEL in similar lettering. Small rosette ornaments punctuate the field at each side of the dragon. A beaded inner circle and a reeded outer rim frame the design. |

This is a modern fantasy piece with no historical issuing authority behind it. The Yunnan tael was a real unit of account used in late Qing-era trade, but the People's Republic never issued tael-denominated coinage — the denomination was abolished well before 1949. Pieces like this circulate in the souvenir and novelty trade, occasionally misdescribed as historical.
