| 背面描述 | A finely detailed imperial Chinese dragon depicted in high relief occupies the central field, its sinuous body coiling dynamically around a flaming pearl positioned at lower centre. The dragon faces outward with an imposing frontal visage, surrounded by stylised clouds and flames rendered with exceptional engraving detail. The surrounding legend in Latin characters reads "PEKING" at the top and "7 MACE AND 2 CANDAREENS" around the lower periphery, separated by decorative scroll ornaments at either side. The design is enclosed within a toothed inner border and a reeded rim, characteristic of the pattern issues prepared at the Peking Mint circa 1900. |
