Reverse description A floriated cross occupies the central field, its four arms extending to divide the design into quadrants. At the intersection of the cross, a small lozenge (diamond-shaped) cartouche bears the provincial initials WF. The cross arms are further framed by an inscribed quadrilobe, creating a layered geometric composition typical of late 16th-century Netherlands provincial coinage. The Latin devotional legend is distributed across the four quadrants, divided by the cross arms.
