Eight smaller roundels bearing individual heraldic charges surround the central shield, each separated by decorative laurel and acanthus scrollwork. A large royal crown surmounts the entire achievement. The date 16–93 appears divided at the lower left and right of the central shield, with the mintmaster's initials HCM below.
