Reverse description The classic Pistrucci design depicting St George as a nude warrior on horseback, charging to the right and slaying a dragon with his lance. The fallen dragon writhes beneath the horse's hooves, where the 'SA' mintmark for Pretoria is placed. The date appears in the exergue below the ground line, and Pistrucci's initials B.P. are incuse on the ground to the right of the dragon.
