Reverse description The reverse features the classic Benedetto Pistrucci depiction of Saint George, armoured and on horseback, slaying the dragon with a broken lance, the scene rendered in high relief with dynamic movement. The dragon is coiled beneath the horse's hooves to the right of the field. In the exergue below the ground line appear the monogram GR commemorating King George III's bicentenary, the date 2020, and the designer's initials B.P. for Benedetto Pistrucci, along with a privy mark denoting the commemorative issue.
