Obverse description The arms of the County of Gorizia displayed on a baroque cartouche within an ornate scrollwork frame, the shield divided per pale and showing the traditional Gorizia eagle and horizontal barry device. The escutcheon is surmounted by an imperial-style crown rendered in high relief. No peripheral legend; the coin's border is composed of a continuous raised bead. The overall composition is characteristic of late Baroque engraving conventions prevalent in Habsburg provincial coinage of the 1760s.

Reverse description A four-line denomination and date inscription — '1 / SOLDO / 1769 / G.' — contained within an elaborate baroque cartouche with scrolling acanthus ornaments and a foliate finial at the top. The mintmark 'G.' for Gorizia appears on the fourth line below the date. The frame is deeply relief-engraved in the Baroque style consistent with Theresian-era provincial copper coinage, and the field is bounded by a beaded border matching the obverse.
