| 背面描述 | A draped bust of Simón Bolívar faces left, rendered in low relief in the center of the field. The portrait shows Bolívar in civilian dress with flowing hair. The circular legend LIBRE POR LA CONSTITUCION arcs across the upper periphery, while the name BOLIVAR appears in the lower exergual area, completing the patriotic inscription that honors both constitutional liberty and the liberator of Bolivia. |

Bolivia's earliest republican coinage was struck at Potosí, the same mountain mint that had supplied Spain with colonial silver for three centuries. The transition to independent coinage was administratively chaotic — early republican issues from 1827 onward saw frequent adjustments to fineness and weight as the new government struggled to assert control over a mint accustomed to colonial oversight. KM#94a reflects one of those fineness revisions, the .667 standard representing a deliberate reduction from earlier issues.
