Obverse description The colourised coat of arms of Zimbabwe occupies the central field, featuring a shield divided into quarters with a green and red design, supported by two sable antelopes rampant on either side, and surmounted by a five-pointed red star above radiating rays. A ribbon below the shield bears the national motto in the legend.
