A green stamp vignette inscribed 'EEN PENNY' and 'COMMISSIE LOON' is affixed within a decorative border at upper left, while the body carries Dutch-language text setting out payment conditions with manuscript entries for the payee and amounts. Multiple circular cancellation handstamps are present, including an 'African Banking Corporation' impression in blue and a postmaster's stamp, together with a manuscript signature. |
