Reverse description The traditional Iranian imperial emblem of the Lion and Sun occupies the central field, depicting a passant lion in profile facing right, with a radiant sun rising behind its back. A Kiani crown surmounts the sun above the lion's back. The device rests upon a ruled baseline, below which the denomination inscription appears in Arabic script. The entire central motif is encircled by a wreath of oak leaves and floral ornaments, consistent with Qajar dynastic coinage conventions.
