The inscription is arranged in horizontal registers across the flan, with the text bordered by a peripheral legend continuing around the outer rim. The die is typically off-center and the flan irregular, consistent with hammered production. The field shows no figural imagery, conforming to Islamic aniconic convention. |

| Description du revers | Central field displays the mint name and AH regnal date within a raised inner circle, rendered in bold nasta'liq script. The legend reads 'Zarb Isfahan' (struck at Isfahan) above the Hijri date 1169, with the numerals clearly legible within the inner circle. The area between the inner circle and the coin's edge is plain and lightly striated, a typical feature of hammered shahi flans. The overall type follows the standard reverse format of late Safavid and post-Safavid minor silver coinage struck at Isfahan. |
