| Obverse description | Central field occupied by the quartered arms of the della Rovere dynasty, displayed on a semi-oval shield surmounted by a ducal crown. The shield bears the characteristic della Rovere heraldic charges, including diagonal bends and oak motifs, rendered in low relief typical of hammered billon coinage. A circular Latin legend surrounds the armorial shield, abbreviating the ruler's titles. The overall composition is characteristic of late Renaissance Italian feudal coinage, with the legend partially legible due to the irregular flan. |
