Obverse description Square hammered flan bearing a four-line Devanagari legend arranged within a plain rectangular cartouche occupying the central field. The inscription reads 'Jesri Gariba / Nivaja Mekha / Lesvara Goma / ti Ranisya', invoking the name and titles of the ruler Gharib Niwaz. The lettering is deeply and boldly struck in relief, characteristic of Manipuri hammered coinage of the period. The surrounding field is irregular and shows natural die wear consistent with hand-struck production.

Reverse description Plain, blank reverse with no devices, legends, or decorative elements. The surface displays the typical uneven texture of a hammered square flan, with visible patination and natural die marks consistent with hand-struck Manipuri coinage. The irregular edges of the square planchet are characteristic of the artisanal minting technique employed at the Manipur mint during this period.
