| Reverse description | Central oval shield bearing the quartered arms of the Order of St. John impaled with the personal arms of Grand Master Ramon Despuig, surmounted by a grand master's coronet with prominent fleur-de-lis finials. The shield is surrounded by elaborate baroque cartouche scrollwork with floral ornaments. The date 17-38 is split to either side of the crown at the top of the field, while the denomination indicators · S · and · I · appear to the left and right of the shield respectively, denoting 1 Scudo. |
