| 背面描述 | The reverse bears the denomination inscription arranged across the central field in three lines reading I / SCHWA / REN, with a small quatrefoil or rosette ornament above the numeral and a decorative floral or foliate cartouche below. Two small rosette stops flank the upper numeral. The bold, upright lettering fills the field, and the entire design is framed by a continuous milled denticle border matching the obverse. |

Bremen's Schwaren was a purely local reckoning unit, stubbornly maintained by the city-state long after neighboring territories had rationalized their coinage. The denomination survived into the late eighteenth century less by economic necessity than by civic inertia — Bremen's merchant class resisted monetary harmonization with the surrounding Hanoverian and Prussian systems for decades.
KM#166 spans nearly eighty years of production across multiple dies, and copper strikings from the earlier decades tend to show considerably more wear than later issues, reflecting genuine commercial use in Bremen's busy port trade.
