Ulrich von Jungingen became Grand Master in 1407 and led the Teutonic Order into its most catastrophic military defeat: the Battle of Grunwald (Tannenberg) in July 1410, where he died on the field along with a significant portion of the Order's senior leadership. Coins struck under his administration thus span a mere three years, making any issue attributable to his mastership inherently short-series.
The Second Peace of Thorn was still a generation away, but Grunwald effectively broke the Order's regional dominance permanently. Ulrich never saw it.
