| Obverse description | Central field dominated by the arms of Danzig: a vertically striped shield bearing two silver crosses of equal-armed form arranged in pale, surmounted by a closed mural crown with three visible fleurs-de-lis finials and a hatched band. The shield is unadorned by a legend, presenting the civic heraldry in a bold, sculptural relief characteristic of early 19th-century German engraving.
