Reverse description A floriated cross pattée occupies the central field, with a small fleur-de-lis or foliate ornament in each of the four quarters between the arms of the cross, accompanied by pellets or arrow-like devices at the angles. A beaded inner circle encloses the cross design, with a Gothic uncial legend — referencing the county title — running around the outer margin, punctuated by a cross stop. The style is consistent with mid-fifteenth-century Württemberg hammered silver issues.
