Reverse description The reverse bears a four-line Latin inscription across the field reading SOLID / REGNI / PRUSS / 1764, denoting the denomination (solidus) and issuing authority of the Kingdom of Prussia, with the date in the lowest line. Small decorative star or floral stops separate the lines and appear at the top and bottom of the inscription. The coin is encircled by a plain inner border with a finely beaded outer rim, characteristic of Königsberg Mint output of this period.
