Obverse description Crowned oval quartered shield displaying the four-fold arms of the Bishopric of Würzburg with the central escutcheon of the Ingelheim family, supported by elaborate baroque scrollwork and flanked by decorative cartouche elements. The episcopal coat of arms is surmounted by a bishop's mitre and cross, with the outer legend in Latin encircling the shield.
