Obverse description Central field bearing two large Chinese ideograms flanked by Arabic legends on either side, the entire composition enclosed within a decorative border of additional Chinese ideograms arranged in a circular legend. The inscriptions collectively denote the issuing authority, denomination, and regnal year. The design is characteristic of the provincial silver coinage produced at the Dihua mint during the early Republican period, combining Chinese and Arabic scripts in a bilingual format.

Reverse description Central field bearing a bold Arabic legend enclosed within a beaded inner circle, itself surrounded by a finely detailed wreath of laurel branches tied at the base with a ribbon bow. A small floral rosette ornament appears at the apex above the wreath. The wreath is rendered in high relief with naturalistic leaf detail, giving the reverse an ornate and decorative appearance typical of Sinkiang provincial issues.
