| Obverse description | Unalom (the sacred spiral flame symbol of the Thai royal house), hand-stamped into the convex surface of the bullet-form planchet. The mark is deeply impressed into the rounded, irregular silver mass, which has been folded upon itself in the characteristic pod or bullet shape traditional to Siamese coinage of the period. The Unalom device appears centrally positioned on the upper lobe of the coin. |

| Reverse description | Chakra (the sacred wheel or discus emblem of the Chakri dynasty), hand-stamped into the flattened underside of the bullet-form planchet. The Chakra is rendered as a stylized multi-petalled rosette or wheel device, deeply and boldly struck into the smooth silver surface of the lower lobe, serving as the primary dynastic identifier of the reign of Rama I. |
