Obverse lettering	وجه خزانه های دولت علیه افغانستان به اسناد مندرجه فیش شهر مزبور است
Reverse description	Printed in pale grey-green, the reverse mirrors the ornate guilloche border framework of the obverse but without serial numbering. The two circular medallions at centre are visible in lighter impression, with the Afghan state arms at left and the tughra at centre, and a red official seal is applied at lower right. Persian script inscriptions appear in the lower panel, consistent with the treasury text found on the obverse.
