Reverse description Central field features the Jhar (a stylised millet or leaf spray), the dynastic emblem of the Jaipur state, rendered in fine relief. Surrounding the central device is a circular Urdu legend reading: 'Sanah 7 julus maimanat manus Maharao-raj Sawai Madho Singhji' (Translation: In the 7th year of the fortunate reign of Maharao-Raj Sawai Madho Singh). The regnal year, expressed in Eastern Arabic numerals, is incorporated within the legend. The design follows the standard Indo-Persian epigraphic style typical of Jaipur princely coinage of this period.
