Reverse description Central field bears Arabic-script inscription recording the mint name and regnal year, with the distinctive Gwalior mint mark of two knots (pellets arranged in a pair) appearing prominently in the field. The legend is disposed in registers within a rectangular cartouche, consistent with Mughal-style rupees struck at Ajmer under Gwalior authority. The hammered flan exhibits characteristic surface texture and slight irregularity at the edges.
