Reverse description The reverse displays multiple horizontal registers of bold Arabic-Nastaliq calligraphy incorporating the mint marks and dynastic emblems associated with the successive rulers Gaj Singh, Ratan Singh, and Sardar Singh of Bikanir. Dotted ornaments punctuate the field between the inscription bands, consistent with Bikanir state coinage conventions. The legends are struck in high relief against a flat field, showing the characteristic irregular flan typical of hammered Indian princely state rupees.
