Obverse description Hammered silver flan bearing a multi-line Persian legend in Naskh script arranged in three horizontal registers separated by ruled lines. The central field carries the royal formula 'Sikka Mubarak Badshah Ghazi Rafi-ud-Darjat', proclaiming the auspicious coin of the victorious king. The script is bold and flowing, with the characteristic calligraphic style of late Mughal imperial coinage, the legend occupying virtually the entire field to the rim.
