Obverse description Hammered silver flan bearing a bold multi-line Persian calligraphic legend in nasta'liq script, arranged across the field in two registers separated by a horizontal line. The upper register carries the opening portion of the royal titulature, while the lower register continues the full regnal inscription proclaiming Nader Shah as 'Sultan over the Sultans of the World, King of Kings, Nader, Lord of the Auspicious Conjunction.' Decorative dotted rosettes are scattered throughout the field as ornamental fillers, and the legend extends to the rim with no additional border.
