Reverse description The reverse features a multi-line Persian legend in Nasta'liq calligraphy arranged within a central horizontal cartouche defined by raised linear borders, conforming to standard Mughal rupee design conventions. The inscription records the mint epithet 'Dar ul Khilafa Islamabad' and the formula 'Zarb' (struck at), followed by the regnal year (sana) expressed in both the Hijri era and the julus (accession year) of the emperor. A marginal legend surrounds the cartouche. The overall strike is typical of the Islamabad mint, with bold lettering and a plain, unadorned field.
