Reverse description Central field bears a multi-line Arabic calligraphic inscription in Naskh script, recording the AH regnal date and the epithet 'Sahib al-Zaman' (Lord of the Age), a title employed by Dost Muhammad Khan on his coinage. The legend is arranged within a divided cartouche framed by a foliate and pellet border consistent with Kabul mint production of the early Barakzai period. The flan exhibits the characteristic irregular outline of hammered silver coinage. The die workmanship is bold, with deeply incised characters filling the available field.
