| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse displays a three-line Persian inscription in Nasta'liq script arranged in two registers separated by a horizontal rule, recording the mint name Parenda (پرنده) along with the phrase 'Hulus Zarb' (خلص ضرب), denoting a pure or sincere striking. The regnal year and Hijri date appear in the lower register, consistent with standard Mughal reverse typology of the late 11th century AH. The flan edges are irregular and slightly ragged, typical of hand-struck hammered silver coinage. The bold, deeply incised calligraphy fills the field completely, leaving minimal unworked areas. |
