| Opis rewersu | Hammered silver reverse bearing a three-register Persian-script legend separated by raised linear borders, consistent with Mughal coinage convention. The upper register contains the regnal formula 'Julus Maimanat Manus' (the auspicious accession), while the central and lower registers record the mint name and Hijri date, reading 'Zarb Muhammadabad Banares' with the AH year below. Pellet ornaments decorate the field. The calligraphy is executed in the characteristic bold Naskh style of the Muhammadabad Banares mint, with the legend adapted to the irregular, lightly spread flan. |
