| Obverse description | Central field dominated by the tughra of Amir Abdur Rahman Khan rendered in elaborate calligraphic Arabic script, with vertically projecting strokes characteristic of the Ottoman-influenced tughra style. A six-pointed star is positioned above the tughra at the upper center of the field. The entire central device is encircled by a wreath of stylized foliage tied at the base, itself bordered by a beaded inner rim. |
