| Obverse description | Plain salmon-toned note with a decorative interlaced border in dark ink running the full perimeter. The denomination "1 Weens rublis" is printed in large Gothic blackletter script at centre, flanked by numeral "1" on each side; above it, the issuing authority legend appears in a smaller Gothic typeface. The date "Rigā, 15. augustā 1919. g." is printed at centre below the denomination, followed by two manuscript signatures and a red serial number prefix with black numerals at lower left. An anti-counterfeiting warning appears at the foot of the note. |
