备注	These 1992 ruble bonds were issued as short-term state obligations during the chaotic early period of Russian economic reform, when the Ministry of Finance was attempting to mop up excess cash liquidity from the Soviet-era monetary overhang. Inflation was already destroying purchasing power faster than any nominal yield could compensate, which made them a losing proposition for ordinary holders almost immediately. Goznak's Moscow facility had been producing state securities continuously since the Imperial period — the institutional lineage runs unbroken through the Soviet decades. The bonds were printed on the same security paper stock used for contemporary banknotes, which is why the paper characteristics closely resemble circulating currency of the same year.
