Obverse description The obverse features the double-headed eagle emblem of the Bank of Russia in high relief against a mirror-polished field, with wings displayed and talons extended. The Cyrillic legend ОДИН РУБЛЬ (One Rouble) arcs across the upper field, while БАНК РОССИИ (Bank of Russia) curves along the lower field below the eagle. Secondary inscriptions in the lower field include the silver fineness designation Ag 925, the fine silver weight 7,78, and the date 2014г., arranged around the base of the eagle. A beaded inner border frames the central device, set within a milled outer rim. The mint mark of the Saint Petersburg Mint (СПМД) appears to the right in the lower field.
