The bold heading ЧЕКЪ ГАРАНТИРОВАННЫЙ (ОБЕЗПЕЧЕННЫЙ) heads the text, followed by a two-column explanatory passage affirming that the cheque is secured against deposits held at the Stavropol Branch of the State Bank and that its validity has been extended to 1 March 1919 owing to a shortage of credit notes.
