Reverse description The central device depicts a stylised view of the Memorial of Glory (Мемориал Славы) in Rybnitsa, showing a tall obelisk with a five-pointed star at its apex, supported by two angled pylons forming a tripod base, with a small eternal flame star at the foot of the monument. Conifer trees are rendered in low relief on either side of the monument, evoking a park setting. Two horizontal plaques flanking the base bear the inscriptions НИКТО НЕ ЗАБЫТ (No one is forgotten) and НИЧТО НЕ ЗАБЫТО (Nothing is forgotten) in Cyrillic. The legend МЕМОРИАЛ СЛАВЫ (Memorial of Glory) arcs across the upper field, while Г. РЫБНИЦА (City of Rybnitsa) is inscribed along the lower margin.
