正面描述	The municipal arms of Libava (Liepāja) are centred on the note, with the numeral denomination «1» in each corner. The issuing authority's name appears along the top edge above the arms, with the full obligation text arranged in the body of the note in Cyrillic letterpress. The denomination is also expressed in abbreviated Latin script at the lower right.
