| Obverse description | Blue-black letterpress on yellow-orange underprint. The face bears a large central denomination legend РУБЛЬ in bold Cyrillic script, surmounted by a multi-line heading identifying the Workers' and Peasants' Government of the Russian Federal Soviet Republic and the Ekaterinburg Branch of the State Bank. Below the heading, four facsimile signature blocks with printed titles are arranged in two columns flanking the denomination. An elaborate wreath of grain stalks, crossed agricultural implements, and foliage frames the central vignette.
