| Obverse description | Blue-black letterpress on yellow-orange underprint. The face bears a large central denomination legend РУБЛЬ in bold Cyrillic script, surmounted by a multi-line heading identifying the Workers' and Peasants' Government of the Russian Federal Soviet Republic and the Ekaterinburg Branch of the State Bank.
