| Beschrijving voorzijde | Right-facing bareheaded bust of Admiral Alexander Vasilyevich Kolchak in high relief, rendered in a clean, modernist style against a plain field. A fine beaded border surrounds the design. The circular Cyrillic legend arcs around the upper and lower periphery, identifying the subject and his title. |

Kolchak's Omsk government never issued roubles in silver — the White Army's Siberian administration produced paper currency and some copper-alloy coinage, but no silver rouble of this type originates from 1919 Omsk. This piece is a modern Russian Federation commemorative, struck decades after Kolchak's execution in February 1920, issued as part of a broader series revisiting figures of the Civil War period. The underlying history is genuinely contested: Kolchak was rehabilitated by Russian courts in 2008, then de-rehabilitated in 2009.
