| Obverse description | The Soviet state arms occupy the upper field, depicting a hammer and sickle superimposed on a globe, surrounded by wheat sheaves bound with ribbons, surmounted by a five-pointed star. The initials 'СССР' appear at either side of the arms, flanking the central device. A horizontal line divides the field, below which the denomination 'ОДИН РУБЛЬ' (One Rouble) is inscribed in large Cyrillic characters. The circular legend 'ПРОЛЕТАРИИ ВСЕХ СТРАН, СОЕДИНЯЙТЕСЬ!' (Workers of the world, unite!) runs along the inner border, framed by a beaded rim. |

| Reverse description | Two male figures — representing a worker and a peasant — stand together in stride, facing right; the right figure extends his arm forward in a pointing gesture symbolising progress and solidarity. The worker at left carries tools, while an industrial factory building and a radiant rising sun with bold rays appear in the right background, evoking the dawn of the Soviet era. Vegetation and a rural element are visible in the lower left field, reinforcing the worker-peasant alliance theme. The date '1924г' is inscribed in large characters along the lower exergue. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border. |
