The entire central motif is surrounded by an ornate floral and foliate wreath border rendered in fine relief. Below the crossed flags, the dual date appears in Arabic numerals: '١٩٦٩' (1969, Gregorian) above '١٣٨٩' (1389, Hijri). The reverse exhibits a deeply mirrored proof-like surface consistent with its essai classification.
