Obverse description Central vignette shows Jabal an-Nour (Mountain of Light) near Mecca, the sacred site where the first Quranic revelation was received. A portrait of King Faisal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud appears on the note within a guilloche underprint border. Arabic inscriptions identify the issuing authority, the denomination, and cite Royal Decree Number 7/1/1379.
