| Obverse description | Draped bust of King Adolf Fredrik facing right, with long flowing hair, rendered in a refined Baroque portrait style. The effigy is executed in high relief, with fine detailing on the hair, drapery, and facial features. A Latin legend encircles the portrait along the rim. Depending on the variety, engraver's initials appear on or below the neck truncation. |
