| 备注 |
Den Kongelige Grønlandske Handel held a state-backed monopoly over all commerce in Greenland, and its notes functioned as a closed-currency system — valid only within the colony and not redeemable outside it. This was deliberate. The monopoly structure depended on preventing colonists and workers from converting earnings into metropolitan currency and leaving the system entirely.
Christian VII had been incapacitated by severe mental illness for most of his reign; by 1804 the crown was effectively managed by regents. The royal name on this note is titular.
