| 表面の説明 | Central device depicts the provincial coat of arms of Córdoba within an oval cartouche: a stylized figure with crossed implements, enclosed by a wreath of laurel or olive branches radiating outward into the field. The encircling legend PROVINCIA DE CORDOV. runs along the periphery in raised Latin characters, interrupted by small ornamental stops. The date 1843 appears in the lower portion of the legend, beneath the central shield device. The overall die work is characteristic of provincial Argentine minting of the mid-nineteenth century, with a somewhat rustic but bold relief. |
